Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic consultant to senior leadership in defining and shaping global talent strategies
- Educate senior leadership on market insights and industry trends while enhancing the candidate experience
- Establish effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse senior talent and provide metrics to support decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of recruiting experience with at least 5 years in executive recruiting
- Comprehensive knowledge of executive compensation requirements
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple critical searches
- Clear understanding of US employment laws and compliance experience
- A BA/BS in HR, Communications, Psychology, Business, or equivalent degree
