Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of recruiting experience with at least 5 years in executive recruiting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of executive compensation requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple critical searches
  • Clear understanding of US employment laws and compliance experience
  • A BA/BS in HR, Communications, Psychology, Business, or equivalent degree
