Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic consultant to senior leadership in defining and shaping global talent strategies
• Educate senior leadership on market insights and industry trends while enhancing the candidate experience
• Establish effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse senior talent and provide metrics to support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of recruiting experience with at least 5 years in executive recruiting
• Comprehensive knowledge of executive compensation requirements
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple critical searches
• Clear understanding of US employment laws and compliance experience
• A BA/BS in HR, Communications, Psychology, Business, or equivalent degree
