Job Summary

To shape leadership teams and influence business success globally, the full-time remote Executive Recruiter will develop and execute tailored search strategies, lead the full lifecycle search process, and engage with senior executives to attract top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute tailored search strategies for senior-level and executive roles, including sourcing and candidate evaluation
  • Act as a strategic advisor to HR leaders and business presidents, providing market intelligence and recruiting recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and maintain accurate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field
  • 5+ years of executive recruiting experience, preferably in a global manufacturing or complex multi-business environment
  • Proven success in hiring senior-level roles through direct sourcing and strategic stakeholder partnership
  • Demonstrated proficiency with ATS platforms and advanced recruiting tools
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational strategy and leadership requirements
