Job Summary
Leading full-cycle executive search engagements, the full-time Executive Recruiter will manage all aspects of executive searches, partner with leadership to define role requirements, and conduct market research to attract top-tier candidates, with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment in Dallas, TX or remote.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and manage all aspects of assigned executive searches while coordinating with broader team activities
- Partner with leadership to define search parameters and develop comprehensive position specifications
- Conduct market research and lead candidate outreach, screening, and evaluation processes
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive executive search experience, preferably with a leading retained search firm
- Demonstrated success managing complex, senior-level searches in corporate and hospital environments
- Strong business acumen with knowledge of healthcare industry trends and operations
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree required
