Job Summary

Leading full-cycle executive search engagements, the full-time Executive Recruiter will manage all aspects of executive searches, partner with leadership to define role requirements, and conduct market research to attract top-tier candidates, with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment in Dallas, TX or remote.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own and manage all aspects of assigned executive searches while coordinating with broader team activities
  • Partner with leadership to define search parameters and develop comprehensive position specifications
  • Conduct market research and lead candidate outreach, screening, and evaluation processes
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive executive search experience, preferably with a leading retained search firm
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, senior-level searches in corporate and hospital environments
  • Strong business acumen with knowledge of healthcare industry trends and operations
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple searches simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree required
