Job Summary

Providing specialized sourcing and hiring services for executive-level positions, the full-time remote Executive Recruiter will attract, recruit, and onboard executives while maintaining relationships with passive talent and creating strategic partnerships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Attract, source, recruit, screen, negotiate offers, and onboard executive candidates
  • Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent for future opportunities
  • Partner with hiring executives to develop recruitment plans aligned with organizational culture and business strategy
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of applicable job-specific experience required
  • Demonstrated success in placing C-suite, Vice President, and senior leadership candidates
  • Experience working with executive leadership teams and hiring committees
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and consultative communication skills
  • Proven track record of managing confidential and sensitive searches with professionalism
