Job Summary
Providing specialized sourcing and hiring services for executive-level positions, the full-time remote Executive Recruiter will attract, recruit, and onboard executives while maintaining relationships with passive talent and creating strategic partnerships with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Attract, source, recruit, screen, negotiate offers, and onboard executive candidates
- Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent for future opportunities
- Partner with hiring executives to develop recruitment plans aligned with organizational culture and business strategy
Required qualifications
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of applicable job-specific experience required
- Demonstrated success in placing C-suite, Vice President, and senior leadership candidates
- Experience working with executive leadership teams and hiring committees
- Exceptional stakeholder management and consultative communication skills
- Proven track record of managing confidential and sensitive searches with professionalism
