Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter for a 6-month remote contract role, who will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for key leadership positions, acting as a strategic talent advisor to the executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize advanced search strategies to identify and engage passive executive talent
  • Calibrate candidates with hiring managers and senior leaders, and develop prospects into candidates through engagement and assessment
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to advise leadership on talent pools and recruitment landscape
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive recruiting experience focused on executive level candidate generation
  • 5+ years of experience advising and influencing executive leadership
  • Proven track record of strong stakeholder management
  • Ability to use data and analytics to inform and advise
  • Experience managing multiple high-priority executive searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
