Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter for a fully remote, 6-month contract role focused on managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for key leadership positions while acting as a strategic talent advisor to the executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize advanced search strategies to identify and engage passive executive talent
  • Calibrate candidates with hiring managers and senior leaders, providing strategic guidance
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform leadership on talent pools and recruitment trends
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience focused on executive level candidates
  • 5+ years of experience advising and influencing executive leadership
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of thriving in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to use data and analytics to inform recruitment strategies
  • Experience managing multiple high-priority executive searches simultaneously
