Executive Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing talent acquisition team, the remote Executive Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop tailored search strategies for executive-level positions, and build strong relationships with hiring managers to meet organizational hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact to final offer negotiation
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and engage high-caliber leadership talent
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates while serving as a strategic partner to senior executives and hiring leaders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; professional experience may be substituted
• Minimum of three years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
• At least two years of executive recruiting experience supporting senior leadership roles
• Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive executive candidates through multiple channels
• Prior experience in both agency and in-house recruiting preferred
