Job Summary
Leading end-to-end executive search execution for critical leadership roles, the full-time remote Executive Recruiter will develop search strategies, engage high-caliber candidates, and partner with senior business leaders to enhance leadership pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle executive recruiting efforts for AVP, VP+ roles, including strategy development and candidate engagement
- Leverage innovative sourcing techniques and conduct market mapping to identify and engage executive candidates
- Partner with senior leaders to understand talent needs and provide insights for informed hiring decisions
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in executive recruiting (in-house and/or executive search firm)
- Demonstrated success placing senior leadership (VP+ and/or C-suite) roles
- Strong capability in market mapping, candidate sourcing, and executive-level engagement
- Experience partnering directly with senior business leaders and influencing hiring decisions
