Executive Recruiter
Job Summary
Managing the full lifecycle of executive searches, the full-time Executive Recruiter will design and execute recruitment strategies to align candidate expectations with organizational needs while working remotely within 50 miles of a Catalent site.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with HR leaders and executive hiring managers to define staffing strategies and ensure accurate job descriptions
- Source and engage candidates through various channels, including active and passive talent strategies
- Provide consultative guidance to senior executives on market insights and talent trends to influence hiring decisions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
- 5+ years of executive-level recruiting experience
- Proven ability to partner with and coach senior executives on market insights and compensation
- Demonstrated success in building and executing advanced sourcing strategies
