A company is looking for an Executive Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a strategic plan to source and engage future leaders of the company
• Conduct initial screening conversations to assess top talent
• Track, analyze, and share pipeline activity updates with stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of corporate and/or agency Executive Recruiting or Executive Sourcing experience
• Previous executive search experience required (Director and above)
• Experience with direct sourcing strategies and building candidate pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, resume databases, and sourcing tools
