Job Summary

Leading executive and senior-level talent acquisition efforts, the remote Oracle Executive Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for Director, VP, and Principal Consultant roles while partnering with business leaders to develop strategies that support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead executive searches for Oracle consulting and leadership positions, managing all aspects of recruitment
  • Partner with Oracle Practice Leaders to align recruitment strategies with business needs and provide market intelligence
  • Build and maintain relationships with Oracle professionals, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 8-10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a minimum of 4+ years focused on Oracle-related positions
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for Oracle ERP, Cloud, HCM, SCM, EPM, and OCI roles
  • Strong knowledge of executive search methodologies and talent mapping within the Oracle ecosystem
  • Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent intelligence platforms for sourcing candidates
