A company is looking for an Executive Recruiter (VP + SVP Hiring).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle searches for Sr. Director, VP, and SVP roles across all business functions
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to develop strategic search plans and deliver high-touch candidate experiences
  • Provide data-driven insights and serve as a trusted advisor on talent strategy and organizational design
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting VP+ talent in-house or via executive search firms
  • 10+ years total experience in recruitment, preferably in enterprise tech or SaaS environments
  • Proven success engaging and influencing SVP and C-suite stakeholders
  • Subject matter expertise in at least one functional area: GTM, G&A, or Technical executive search
  • Data-literate and comfortable leveraging recruiting metrics and insights
