Job Summary

Managing the full cycle of recruitment for Health and Life Science, the contract Executive Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers, source candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate onboarding processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Work with hiring managers to define job descriptions and create job postings
• Track key recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition
• Certifications in recruitment (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Certified Professional) preferred
• Experience with employer branding and recruitment strategies
• Familiarity with legal standards and internal policies related to recruitment
