Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Executive Recruiting to lead and develop its executive search function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute multiple executive-level searches, defining strategy and managing the end-to-end process
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent markets and candidate evaluation
  • Manage and develop a recruiting team while fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in executive recruiting
  • 2+ years of management experience in recruiting teams or research functions
  • Experience delivering VP/C-level searches in tech, healthcare, or high-growth environments
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive executive talent
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in search practices
