Job Summary
To provide world-class executive recruitment support for key senior searches across the enterprise, the full-time Executive Recruiting Manager will manage the full life cycle recruiting of equity-eligible leadership positions, develop talent pools, and partner with executive leaders while being based in Charlotte, NC, New Britain, CT, Towson, MD, or remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct searches for senior positions and create comprehensive position specifications to attract top talent
- Provide consultative advice on executive recruiting processes and establish trusted relationships with senior leaders
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of senior leaders for future organizational needs while identifying gaps in succession plans
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in senior-level corporate recruiting, preferably with exposure to retained executive search firms
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior hiring managers and candidates through a high-touch approach
- Deep experience with multi-component compensation programs
- Proficiency in recruitment technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred
