Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Recruiting Researcher.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with executive level management and executive recruiter on high-profile leadership requisitions and assist them in determining and fulfilling their talent needs
• Create and execute leadership search strategies across Sales, Corporate, and R&D searches
• Identify, evaluate, and present leadership talent to executive management, providing a point of view on the talent and market landscape

Required Qualifications:

• 1.5+ years of experience in a recruiting role within retained executive search, management consulting, or in-house executive recruiting
• Experience creating search strategies, mapping markets, and working with industry insights, processes, and data quality
• Ability to build productive partnerships with leaders and collaborate with executives
• Passionate about hiring a diverse team
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
