Key Responsibilities

• Lead the internal executive recruitment function for VP-level and above roles
• Develop and execute a proactive executive sourcing strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Manage full-cycle executive level searches, ensuring confidentiality and a high-touch candidate experience

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Typically requires 10 years of experience in executive recruitment or talent acquisition
• Proven success in sourcing and placing senior leaders across diverse functions
• Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and leadership competencies
• Experience managing confidential searches with C-suite stakeholders
