Key Responsibilities
- Lead full cycle executive search for senior-level roles, advising hiring leaders throughout the process
- Build targeted search strategies and manage diverse candidate pipelines through various sourcing methods
- Influence compensation and executive hiring strategies while maintaining a professional candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in executive or senior-level roles, ideally from VP to C Suite
- Expertise in direct sourcing, executive assessment, and competency-based interviewing
- Strong understanding of organizational design and leadership competencies
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder hiring processes
- Demonstrated ability to build diverse pipelines and implement inclusive hiring practices
