Key Responsibilities

  • Influence compensation and executive hiring strategies while maintaining a professional candidate experience
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in executive or senior-level roles, ideally from VP to C Suite
  • Expertise in direct sourcing, executive assessment, and competency-based interviewing
  • Strong understanding of organizational design and leadership competencies
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder hiring processes
  • Demonstrated ability to build diverse pipelines and implement inclusive hiring practices
