Job Summary

Managing the full lifecycle of internal executive placements, the full-time remote Executive Recruitment Program Specialist will execute workflows for promotions, transfers, and rotations while ensuring compliance and enhancing the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage workflow execution for internal executive placements from role intake through onboarding, ensuring accurate tracking of milestones
  • Coordinate activities across multiple functions, including Talent Management and HR, to resolve outstanding actions and meet placement timelines
  • Support process improvements by documenting workflows and tracking operational changes to enhance efficiency and compliance
Required qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition Operations/Program Management with exposure to executive processes
  • Demonstrated experience managing structured projects or operational improvements with defined timelines and deliverables
  • Proven ability to coordinate workflows across functions such as HR, Legal, and Compensation
  • Experience maintaining data accuracy and tracking workflows within enterprise systems like ATS or CRM platforms
  • Strong attention to detail with experience handling sensitive information and adhering to data security protocols
