Executive Relocation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Premier Executive Consultant (EVIP) for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for all phases of the relocation process for senior-level customers
• Provide high-touch service through proactive communication, coordination between suppliers, and 24/7 accessibility
• Maintain data integrity and enhance relationships with internal departments and external suppliers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of domestic homesale and/or international experience required
• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in the customer service relocation industry required
• Demonstrated technical skills including proficiency in Atlas, Hex, and other relevant systems
• High level of accuracy and process orientation required
• Proven leadership skills and a history of top block service required
