Executive Relocation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Support Consultant for relocation services, working remotely in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all phases of the relocation process for senior-level customers
• Provide high-touch service through proactive communication, coordination with suppliers, and 24/7 availability
• Maintain data integrity and enhance relationships with internal departments and external partners to meet client needs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of domestic homesale and/or international experience
• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in the customer service relocation industry
• Demonstrated technical skills in relevant systems and applications
• High level of accuracy and process orientation
• Proven history of top-level service and demonstrated leadership skills
