Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Support Consultant for relocation services, working remotely in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all phases of the relocation process for senior-level customers
- Provide high-touch service through proactive communication, coordination with suppliers, and 24/7 availability
- Maintain data integrity and enhance relationships with internal departments and external partners to meet client needs
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of domestic homesale and/or international experience
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in the customer service relocation industry
- Demonstrated technical skills in relevant systems and applications
- High level of accuracy and process orientation
- Proven history of top-level service and demonstrated leadership skills
