Job Summary

Leading end-to-end executive and senior-level talent acquisition efforts, the full-time remote Executive Sales Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for Account Executive and Business Development roles, develop recruitment strategies, and build a proactive talent pipeline of high-performing sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for senior sales roles across various service lines and geographies
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified sales candidates
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with industry professionals and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 7-10+ years of full-cycle executive sales recruiting experience
  • Minimum 4+ years recruiting specifically for technical sales-related positions
  • Proven track record of closing executive, senior sales, and account managers
  • Strong knowledge of executive search methodologies and talent mapping
