Lead a Consultative and Specialty-Focused In-house Executive Recruitment Program
Enable Seamless Internal and External Relationship Management
Candidate Experience And Process Optimization

Required Qualifications:

In-house executive recruitment and retained search firm experience
Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition for VP+ positions or an advanced degree and 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Executive stakeholder management and success with managing with influence
Extensive recruitment experience in specific areas like Clinical and Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, and Quality
Industry experience in Life Sciences and Biotech; Medical Devices and Diagnostics a plus
