Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Search Consultant to shape leadership within client organizations and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Hiring Managers to define executive search objectives and requirements
• Develop research strategies to identify and evaluate potential executive candidates
• Provide strategic talent advisory and maintain the integrity of the Applicant Tracking System

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in executive search or related fields, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience
• Significant experience in identifying and engaging senior-level talent
• Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies
• Experience in preparing reports and presentations summarizing research findings and market insights
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships with candidates
