Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Executive Search to lead executive recruitment efforts in HR and Legal sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead retained and contingent searches for senior leaders in HR and Legal functions
• Build long-term client relationships and act as a strategic partner during organizational changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experiences using modern sourcing and assessment tools

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in executive search, particularly in HR and/or Legal leadership roles
• Experience managing an independent executive search practice or holding a senior role within one
• Deep understanding of AI and automation in recruitment processes
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at executive and board levels
• Commitment to ethical, inclusive recruiting practices and a human-first mindset
