Executive Search Lead

Job Summary

Experienced executive recruiters will find a full-time remote opportunity as an Executive Search Lead, responsible for managing end-to-end executive recruiting across the Payward platform, partnering with C-level executives, and handling confidential searches.

Key responsibilities

• Own executive recruiting processes for C-level, Board, and VP+ positions across multiple brands
• Collaborate with Co-CEOs and the executive team to advise on critical searches and maintain confidentiality
• Develop and manage relationships with external search partners to optimize recruitment strategies

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of executive recruiting experience with a focus on VP, C-level, and Board searches
• Demonstrated ability to close and negotiate offers at the executive level
• Strong business acumen to effectively pitch complex business platforms to candidates
• Experience managing relationships with retained executive search firms
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English at an executive level
