Job Summary

As a trusted talent advisor, the remote Executive Search Partner will lead executive and senior leadership searches across various functions, partnering with senior leaders to attract and secure exceptional talent while delivering market intelligence and consultative guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive searches, designing innovative strategies to engage and assess top talent
• Partner with executives and HR to provide data-driven recommendations and insights that influence hiring decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of executive search experience in technology organizations
• Proven success in identifying and hiring executive talent across multiple functions
• Strong knowledge of executive search methodologies and candidate engagement strategies
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills to influence senior leaders
