As a trusted talent advisor, the remote Executive Search Partner will lead executive and senior leadership searches across various functions, partnering with senior leaders to attract and secure exceptional talent while delivering market intelligence and consultative guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of executive search methodologies and candidate engagement strategies
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills to influence senior leaders
