Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience as an Executive Search Sourcer in a manufacturing, industrial, or technology-driven environment
• Proficiency in desk research methodologies, market mapping, and name generation techniques
• Strong understanding of SHREK retained search methodology
• Exceptional assessment skills with the ability to evaluate candidates against specific criteria
