Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Search professional (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive desk research and market mapping to identify top talent in relevant fields
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to generate candidate leads and maintain a robust talent pipeline
• Collaborate with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience as an Executive Search Sourcer in a manufacturing, industrial, or technology-driven environment
• Proficiency in desk research methodologies, market mapping, and name generation techniques
• Strong understanding of SHREK retained search methodology
• Exceptional assessment skills to evaluate candidates against specific criteria and organizational needs
