Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in LinkedIn strategy, social media management, or personal branding
• Proven experience in growing social accounts, particularly on LinkedIn
• Exceptional short-form writing skills and ability to mimic an executive's voice
• Experience with multi-platform content creation and understanding of LinkedIn's algorithm
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple content streams effectively
