A company is looking for an Executive Social Media & LinkedIn Specialist to manage and enhance the CEO's personal social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a LinkedIn-first content strategy aligned with the CEO's brand
• Repurpose content for additional platforms and manage cross-channel consistency
• Engage with the community and track analytics to optimize growth and strategy

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in LinkedIn strategy, social media management, or personal branding
• Proven experience in growing social accounts, especially LinkedIn
• Exceptional short-form writing ability and skill in mimicking an executive's voice
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn's algorithm and analytics
• Experience in legal marketing or B2B thought leadership is a plus
