Key Responsibilities

• Lead research, market mapping, and top-of-funnel strategy for non-technical executive searches
• Build and deliver diverse, high-caliber talent pipelines through proactive identification and outreach
• Partner with Executive Recruiters and hiring leaders to refine role requirements and search strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of sourcing or research experience, ideally in executive search or high-growth tech
• Proven ability to run research-heavy searches and produce strong pipelines for senior-level roles
• Deep expertise in search strategy, including talent mapping and competitive research
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish credibility at the executive level
• High judgment and discretion when navigating sensitive or confidential leadership searches
