Executive Sourcing Manager
Job Summary
To support the Catalyst team, the remote contract Executive Sourcing Manager will manage the full sourcing strategy for senior leadership hiring, engaging with Managing Directors, Partners, and Principals while advising Hiring Managers on market strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute the sourcing strategy for senior leadership positions, collaborating with Hiring Managers and HR leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing market-specific insights and shaping long-term external sourcing relationships
- Maintain candidate pipelines and manage sourcing budgets while participating in national sourcing programs and projects
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably at the executive level
- Prior experience in a Big 4 or professional/consulting services environment is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and HR
- Experience managing candidate pipelines for high-stakes, senior-level searches
- Bachelor's degree required
