Job Summary

Focused on attracting and placing candidates for executive roles, the full-time Executive Sourcing Specialist will work remotely to promote the organization's image, maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, and collaborate with leadership on sourcing strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with passive candidates and referrals while utilizing digital and social media for sourcing
  • Screen applicants and assess their fit for roles, ensuring adherence to policies and service level agreements
  • Collaborate with talent advisors and academic leaders to forecast workforce needs and implement effective talent strategies
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, marketing, communications, or related field; or six years equivalent work experience
  • Three years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience strongly preferred
  • Minimum two years of experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
  • Internship experience in HR, marketing, or communications preferred
  • Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential preferred
