Job Summary

Supporting the CEO in a full-time capacity, the Executive Support Assistant will manage strategic initiatives, oversee operational efficiency, and act as a liaison between the executive team and stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist the CEO in developing and executing the company's strategic plan, ensuring milestones and financial targets are met
  • Track KPIs and monitor the effectiveness of initiatives through accountability systems
  • Lead and coordinate major cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in senior management, strategy, project management, or executive support roles
  • Proficiency in project management tools, data analysis platforms, and executive communications software
  • Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Experience in stakeholder management and problem-solving
