Job Summary
Supporting the CEO in a full-time capacity, the Executive Support Assistant will manage strategic initiatives, oversee operational efficiency, and act as a liaison between the executive team and stakeholders in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the CEO in developing and executing the company's strategic plan, ensuring milestones and financial targets are met
- Track KPIs and monitor the effectiveness of initiatives through accountability systems
- Lead and coordinate major cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in senior management, strategy, project management, or executive support roles
- Proficiency in project management tools, data analysis platforms, and executive communications software
- Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Experience in stakeholder management and problem-solving
