Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Support Specialist to assist the CEO and CCO in managing operations and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage communication, schedules, and daily priorities for the CEO and CCO
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and support company-wide projects
- Organize travel and logistics for the executive team while maintaining operational workflows
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant, chief of staff, or high-level support role
- Strong proficiency with Google Suite, ClickUp, and modern AI tools
- Experience in hiring coordination and team operations
- Full-time availability with near real-time responsiveness (8 AM-6 PM CST core hours)
- Native English speaker with strong U.S. cultural understanding
