Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the executive recruiting team with interview scheduling and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the recruiting team and clients with interview scheduling using a personalized approach
  • Manage executive calendars and coordinate logistics for interviews and events
  • Document and maintain records in the applicant tracking system while identifying process improvements


Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of project management, administrative, or scheduling experience, preferably in recruiting
  • Experience scheduling across multiple time zones for panel interviews
  • 2+ years of experience with administrative office tools and virtual meeting platforms
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively
