Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the executive recruiting team with interview scheduling and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruiting team and clients with interview scheduling using a personalized approach
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate logistics for interviews and events
- Document and maintain records in the applicant tracking system while identifying process improvements
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of project management, administrative, or scheduling experience, preferably in recruiting
- Experience scheduling across multiple time zones for panel interviews
- 2+ years of experience with administrative office tools and virtual meeting platforms
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively
