- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and optimize recruiting processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years in executive recruiting
- Proven experience managing an executive recruiting team
- Strong track record of advising senior business leaders on hiring outcomes
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and executive search methodologies
