Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and optimize recruiting processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years in executive recruiting
  • Proven experience managing an executive recruiting team
  • Strong track record of advising senior business leaders on hiring outcomes
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and executive search methodologies
