Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Extensive interviewing and sourcing experience with a strong record of success
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Flexible and adaptable with strong organizational and time management skills
