Executive Talent Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Talent Lead based in South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct executive screening calls with prospective instructors to evaluate their charisma, expertise, and teaching potential
• Quickly pivot from interviewer to recruiter to sell the vision of building a course with the company
• Maintain quality control by declining candidates who do not meet instructor standards while preserving a positive brand image
• Manage the pipeline of successful candidates, ensuring a smooth transition to the Production phase
• Provide strategic feedback to the sourcing team to refine search criteria based on candidate interactions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Executive Search, High-Ticket Sales, Business Development, or Talent Management
• Exceptional English proficiency with the ability to read the room and adapt tone to different personalities
• Comfortable managing a high volume of meetings via Zoom and organizing records in ATS/CRM
• A reliable, high-speed internet connection and backup power solution is advantageous
