Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Talent Program Lead to drive complex hiring initiatives and enhance the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-visibility programs and strategic initiatives to improve global executive hiring
  • Manage end-to-end logistics for executive interviews, including complex scheduling across time zones
  • Serve as the primary concierge for executive candidates, ensuring a seamless interview experience
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or Executive Search support role
  • 1+ years of project management experience, owning timelines and stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, G-Suite, and recruiting or human resources systems
  • Experience with complex scheduling for C-level or senior leadership
  • Local presence with the ability to work from the Pleasanton, CA office as needed
