Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Talent Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews and assessments of prospective instructors to evaluate their teaching potential and alignment with the company's mission
• Communicate the company's vision and values to candidates, highlighting the impact of joining the team
• Transition successful candidates to the production team for course development and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Education, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, particularly in interviewing and screening roles
• Experience in sales or candidate engagement roles is a plus
• Demonstrated experience in assessing talent with a focus on teaching potential
• Comfortable with recruitment and communication tools, including Zoom and LinkedIn
