Executive Talent Sourcer
Job Summary
To support the scaling of Talent Intelligence capabilities, the full-time contract Executive Talent Intelligence Sourcer will identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with senior-level and executive talent remotely, while partnering with Executive Recruiters to develop targeted market intelligence and executive talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Executive Recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies for senior leadership and executive-level positions
- Conduct market mapping and organizational research to identify high-caliber executive talent across target industries
- Engage passive executive candidates through personalized outreach strategies and support strategic hiring initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in executive sourcing, executive search, or strategic talent acquisition
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, and advanced sourcing techniques
- Experience conducting market mapping and talent intelligence analysis
- Demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive executive talent through consultative outreach
