Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team and overseeing a significant client account, the full-time salaried Executive Vice President, Corporate Communications will manage client relationships, drive business growth, and foster a culture of inclusivity while working remotely or from the New York office.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and maintain relationships with senior-level clients, providing expertise and counsel to drive impactful work
• Contribute to the agency's Leadership Team, focusing on business development and organic growth strategies
• Inspire and coach team members, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the agency culture

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in agency or client-facing roles, with a strong focus on pharmaceutical corporate communications
• Expertise in the HIV policy and scientific landscape, particularly in developing countries
• Proven track record managing large business accounts with significant budget responsibilities
• Deep understanding of integrated healthcare communications and digital strategy
• Exceptional interpersonal and management skills with a collaborative leadership style
