Executive Vice President of Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a global engineering team, the full-time salaried Executive Vice President of Engineering will drive the technical vision and execution for a cybersecurity and compliance company, focusing on modernizing legacy systems and implementing AI-driven development practices in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the introduction of agentic AI development practices to transform software production and accelerate legacy modernization
• Define and execute the technology strategy and multi-year engineering roadmap aligned with the company's mission
• Build a metrics-driven engineering culture, establishing KPIs for productivity, quality, and operational health

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including 8+ years in senior engineering leadership roles
• Direct hands-on experience with modern agentic AI development tooling in production engineering work
• Demonstrated success leading engineering organizations of 150+ engineers across multiple geographies
• Deep hands-on architecture experience with large-scale platform modernization and cloud-native architecture
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred
