Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Fifteen or more years of professional experience in executive leadership and strategic planning
• Proven history in strategic financial planning and execution
• Experience in high-growth or complex organizational environments
• Experience working with private equity sponsors is a plus
