Executive Vice President of Fund Operations
Job Summary
Leading the Fund Operations function, the full-time Executive Vice President of Fund Operations will oversee ETF fund administration, accounting, and regulatory compliance while building a scalable operating model in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage ETF fund administration oversight, fund accounting, NAV review, and financial reporting processes
- Develop and implement a scalable operating model focused on efficiency, risk reduction, and quality
- Coordinate multiple operational teams to ensure effective communication and execution across the ETF platform
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in ETF fund operations or a closely related field
- Significant experience leading large teams in high-growth environments
- Deep knowledge of NAV oversight, fund accounting, and regulatory requirements for ETFs
- Strong understanding of SEC regulatory requirements applicable to ETFs
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred
