Executive Vice President of Operations

Job Summary

To support a fast-growing healthcare technology company, the full-time Executive Vice President of Operations will manage the company's daily operating system, drive execution across departments, and enhance systems and workflows using AI as a primary lever, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the company's day-to-day operating cadence, ensuring smooth operations and stepping in for the COO as needed
• Hold department leaders accountable, turning ambiguous problems into structured plans with clear ownership and timelines
• Build and improve systems and workflows, providing decision-ready analysis to the executive team and maintaining organizational focus on key priorities

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior operator with real decision authority, such as a Director or Deputy COO
• Demonstrated ability to scale operations in a fast-paced environment and build structure from the ground up
• Self-starter who can deliver results quickly without extensive training or guidance
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and addressing half-defined problems in a complex business setting
• Strong fluency in AI and automation tools, using them as leverage in operations
