Job Summary
Leading the expansion into major grocery and retail markets, the full-time Executive Vice President of Sales will develop and execute long-term growth strategies while leveraging executive relationships to secure new partnerships in the Western U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's long-term retail growth strategy
- Lead negotiations for high-value supply agreements with grocery retailers and strategic food partners
- Identify new market opportunities and serve as executive sponsor for key customer relationships
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of executive sales leadership in fresh produce, food distribution, or CPG
- Established executive relationships with major grocery retailers and wholesale food distributors
- Demonstrated success in securing large-scale retail contracts
- Strong understanding of category management and retail negotiations
- Experience leading strategic business development initiatives across regional or national accounts
