Executive Vice President of Strategy

Job Summary

Driving enterprise value creation, the full-time Executive Vice President of Strategy will manage mergers and acquisitions, lead enterprise strategy initiatives, and engage regularly with the Board of Directors and PE sponsors in a remote capacity, with occasional travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the company's M&A strategy, including transaction execution and integration planning
• Lead the development of a multi-year strategic roadmap in collaboration with the CEO and executive team
• Manage a portfolio of high-impact strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with financial and operational outcomes

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate development and M&A, with a track record of successful acquisitions
• Strong background in enterprise strategy formulation and execution
• Experience interacting with executive leadership and Board of Directors
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
• Advanced degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred
